Today we looked at models of elements, compounds and mixtures. HW: Ch.20 p.176 Q.7-11     Today we corrected homework an Bohr models of atoms. We watched a video on Alkali Metals. We then introduced the idea of a compound. Homework: Read Chapter 20  Today we practiced drawing atoms. 
You need to be able to draw the first 20 atoms/elements in the Periodic table. 
HW: Prepare for test on Light and Heat
Started Chemistry. Looking at Atoms and Elements. 
HW: Prepare for test on Light and Sound later this week.
