Fuels burn in oxygen and release heat.

Fuels are Hydrocarbons i.e. they are made of the elements hydrogen and carbon.
Fossil fuels were created over millions of years from decayed plants and animals.
When fuels burn they release Carbon Dioxide and Water.
Carbon Dioxide is a Greenhouse Gas which causes Global Warming.
Some fuels give off Sulfur Dioxide when they burn this can cause Acid Rain.
Save our Planet -Reduce, Reuse and Recycle, plant trees use recyclable energy.
